Excellent hotel & the service was impeccable. I stayed for around 7 nights in the hotel and they upgraded my room and even offered me free breakfast even though it was not included in my booking. Very warm & welcoming staff, overall a very pleasant stay in Vienna Hotel.

首先入住體驗感特別差，入住第一晚的時候，房間還有上一個客人用的衞生紙。這我都算了，第二天續住了，前台服務態度拽上天，因為我定的房型不一樣我要續住換房，前台來一句換什麼房，然後一點服務好的意識都沒有，就好像是新來沒幾天沒有這個服務理念，然後給我換房了，當我在房間放鬆聽歌的時候，突然滴，房門打了，一個陌生男子跟我乾瞪眼的時候，我就很無語了。打電話下去給前台，第一個不接。第二個推卸責任來一句不知道情況。到現在截止到今天。還沒有説給我一個答案。真是差勁的入住體驗，不推薦入住。服務差。衞生差。前台操作流程不達標導致重房。

非常好的一次住宿體驗，本來看評論還有點擔心，但是一進去我真的驚了，環境非常好，服務態度特別熱情！！！和姐妹約好了下次演唱會一定還來住！沒有拍照片，衹拍了一個5s的視頻，那就給大家看看截圖環境吧～

離地鐵站稍微有點距離，最近的地鐵站春江路，走路十幾分鍾吧。
周邊是產業園，對面就是雲密城，所以平常出差入住的客人估計會佔大部分。
房間還是很大的，至少比在市中心同類型酒店住起來會寬敞舒服很多。
房間內就是空調噪音有點大，隔音稍微有點差，碰上一家子三代人出遊住隔壁兩個房間，從晚上十點鬧騰到凌晨一點，吵死了，投訴也沒用，酒店人員跟其他房間客人都去敲門讓小點聲，這些人依然我行我素，簡直刷新三觀，老中小通通沒素質，火大。

房間里居然有一根很粗的柱子，然後房間裏的電視永遠連不上無線網絡，無法投屏，除了酒店宣傳廣告任何節目都看不了，最離譜的是酒店衣櫃沒有任何一根衣架！還有早餐真的很難吃！！！酒店根本不匹配這個價位和規格。
