剛進酒店沒有二十分鐘，突然停電，然後電話聯繫前台，等了半小時來個保安大叔來修，鼓搗一會沒修好走了，然後被告知不可以燒水，讓我去一樓接水喝，沒見過不讓燒水的酒店。一個小時左右來個前台女的讓我換房間，説酒店就剩一間房了，我那時候有點累不太想換，就問他能修好吧，他説修不知道修到啥時候。酒店人員就把我帶到那個房間看了，來了句換這個房間行了吧？行了吧？我聽着很不舒服，事出一個多小時我一個女生，在黑漆漆房間等待，來工作人員，換房間也沒問顧客意願，來一句換這個行了吧，我説不行的話要怎麼辦，他説不行就給你退掉，元旦假期提前訂的房間，去哪裡找房間大晚上，服務態度特別惡劣。前前後後，一句道歉話也沒有。最後衹有打網站投訴。

這是我住過服務最差的酒店，沒有之一，外賣不送房間還不讓外賣員送，我詢問前台，前台説電梯裏有提示，我説沒注意到，前台説別人都看到了就你看不到，這種態度第一次見，是晚間前台人員。
另外這種酒店冬天就不要住了，房間空調開暖風到最高，開了一晚上都暖不了，被子還特別薄，凍了一晚上，很容易感冒，早上詢問前台，前台説5樓還好點，其它樓層更冷，説是別的樓層空調管路太長，效果不好，應該已經有很多人反應這個問題。
這種酒店住一次就夠了，以後肯定沒有第二次，不推薦這家
