不論是和家裡人還是和朋友，每次來南京玩都住這邊，並且大家的評價都很高～是長輩會誇吃得好住得好的酒店～
酒店的位置非常好，出門就是地鐵站，停車場車位也很充足（唯一美中不足的是地下停車場沒有充電樁）
雖然酒店不算新，但設施維護的還不錯的，客房和公共區域的衞生也都很好。
服務是最最最最最想給好評的，不論是辦入住還是早餐，每個人的態度都很好，並且每個人都是笑臉相迎，很親切。酒店會提前來電詢問預計到店時間，詢問對客房的服務需求，整個過程會讓我覺得我作為一個住客我的入住是被認真對待的，完全沒有因為入住率高，住客多而降低服務質量。

房間太老了，管家服務很好，有什麼需求第一時間都能滿足，同樣的價格還是住新點的酒店會更舒適點。那幾天天氣挺熱的，房間內的空調也沒辦法制冷，打到前台也沒辦法，説整個酒店空調都停了。酒店的早餐有點差強人意，飲料還要單獨收費。

上次住這家居然是8年前了。太久沒來南京。到底也8年了。各方面顯得有點老舊了。加之蘇超決賽，各種服務跟不上。住過那麼多洲際和其他五星，第一次體驗到行政樓層沒有早餐要下去排隊和其他樓層擠在一起的體驗。不知道為什麼不開放。服務員都請假去開決賽了嗎難道。希望以後做足預案吧有大型活動的話。
但是也算及時在補救，給我升級了更大的套房，送水果禮物。

來南京度週末，特意選了這家有超高樓層的洲際。酒店位置很好，離地鐵口很近，出行去各個景點都很方便。房間很乾凈，因為樓層高，金陵城的風景也可以一覽無餘。服務響應速度也快，有問題都能及時解決~
早餐的菜品也比較豐富，就是八九點的樣子人很多，要排隊，八點之前就還好~
但有一點，房間的電視用起來比較麻煩。光按遙控器不管用，要另外按電視機背後的按鍵，再選擇模式才行。房間裏也沒提示，第一次用有點一臉懵…雖然有工作人員來幫忙解決，但建議最好房間裏能放張提示卡之類的~

洲際酒店空調都無法打開你敢信？跟前台聯繫後告知整個酒店空調系統在整修都無法打開。空調無法使用不應該提前告知用户嗎？要是知道不能用空調肯定不會住這裏。大半夜的也懶得折騰換酒店，最後給我們送了個電扇先將就一晚。電視機也不能用，還不如全季，近幾年體驗最差的酒店了沒有之一

酒店的位置四通八達，無論地鐵，公交還是滴滴，去哪裡都很方便。酒店的服務保持了洲際一貫的高水準，進門的一刻，禮賓就幫忙接過行李，入住也相當絲滑，每位員工都保持着熱情與微笑，讓人感覺愉快且温馨，因為有家人過生日，酒店還準備了賀卡與小驚喜，真的有些被感動到了，非常感謝！下次來金陵，一定還會首選這裏。
