Good:
1. Helpful staff
2. Attention to detail: I used 3 pillows to sleep and used 1.5 bottles of water to refill my water and I noticed that every room cleaning, my bed will have 3 pillows and she didn’t reset the configuration. She will also refill 2 bottles of water, but keep the 0.5 bottle there too so that I don’t waste. The attention to details is really good and deserve a 5 stars.
Bad:
1. The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, so one would have to take Didi everywhere when travelling to other places.
2. The hotel is not really well maintained. The lift floor is torn, the walls have paint stained, initially staying in room 1125 and the room wall had a crack and the phone was coming out and you can see the cable and there was some smell. The safe lock was locked before I used it. I told the concierge and she assigned me to another room 1127. The smell was gone, there was no crack and the phone condition improved. She had to come up to reset my safe.
3. It is a smoking hotel. Expect the smell of cigarettes in the lift.
4. The gym and laundry room are in the same room.
