Toilet has awesome bidet (same as Japanese hotels)
Great location with good attentive service. Plenty to see surrounding hotel. Breakfast is not buffet but simple local Chinese style bundle of porridge and buns. Free fruits and afternoon tea is a nice touch.
Hanfu experience is 3rd party so it’s a waste of time as they don’t provide good service and change timing without informing properly. Suggest hotel to remove or monitor them properly.

This was my first trip to China and first time travelling alone so I was very nervous. Everyone was so friendly and patient when I needed help or had questions even though my Chinese is not great and I’m very shy 😂. One of the lovely staff even offered a snack on the first night which was a nice surprise but I wasn’t feeling great so couldn’t try it. Water was provided everyday which was really handy with the hot weather. The location is great so I could explore Nanjing easily and I could find food and supplies nearby. The metro is within walking distance. There is also a beautiful garden I could sit in when the room felt a bit lonely or I was bored after completing my activities for the day. Beautiful hotel and I will definitely stay here again if I get another chance to visit - the most welcoming place I stayed at on my visit to China.

This is the third time I stayed here. I accidentally discovered this treasure place when I came to Nanjing last year. It is beautiful, quiet, and has warm service. The rooms are very comfortable and cost-effective. I chose this place without hesitation when I came to Nanjing again this spring. It happened to be my boyfriend's birthday, and I also received a small gift from the store manager. It was a great experience! I will come again next time!

Booked this for my mom, she was very satisfied. She said the service was very patient. The room has a unique ancient style. It is also close to the subway station. Went to Jiming Temple, Xuanwu Lake, Zhongshan Park, and there are many delicious snacks in Nanjing. I made an appointment for travel photography, and someone helped me with my luggage when I checked in. It was very good. I will come again next time.

Huazhu is good overall, with a very good design and nice rooms. My kids like it very much. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good. She added WeChat to tell us how to get there before we checked in, which was very considerate.
