The room was very clean. My husband slept on the first floor, and my two babies and I slept upstairs. We couldn't hear his snoring. The service provided by the housekeeper Li Hongyun was simply top-notch. From before we went to the time we left, she was always actively contacting us. If we had any problems, we would find her and she would solve them as soon as possible. I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is proportional to the price and service. I have the impression that there is no hotel with better service than this one. The staff in the zoo were very gentle, and I touched the little tiger and the little monkey. Almost all the animals in this zoo can be touched up close, except for the beasts. The road around the lake outside the hotel is so pleasant. I regret not staying for two nights. I will go again if I have the chance!

The Chinese restaurant is authentic. The Brazilian barbecue is also OK. There are many hot spring pools, but the swallows are plucking feathers, you know.

This time I booked a lake view villa with two large beds and a small bed. It feels suitable for five people. The housekeeper service is also in place. Because of the central air conditioning, I communicated with the housekeeper Wu Meiyu at more than ten o'clock in the middle of the night. Even if it was not working hours, I was the first to give me feedback and help coordinate the room attendant to help me adjust the central air conditioning! In short, it was a very satisfactory stay.
