Overall, it's a good experience even though it was about 1 hour away from nanjing, and the breakfast food was only pure chinese, for a foreigner like me that is not used to that, it was a bit tough, so I didn't have breakfast in the hotel

各位客官，慎重入住！入住當晚給的房間空調開到26度，半小時後房間內感受不到一點點暖和，繼續開到29度，半小時後依然無温度變化，反饋給前台要求換房間後上來一個老頭，吱吱喳喳説了半天很不情願的給了新房間房卡，結果新房間空調搖控器還沒電，搖控器電池槽都綉黃了，再就是牀頭櫃的電話機底下一攤子水，這衞生也是讓我無語！房間連個抽紙也沒有！

早上八點起床，打開攜程想續住，提示原房間已售出，無法續住。下樓詢問前台説房間已經售出，無法再賣給我了，前台的意思是“別人已經買過，你不能住了此房間了，萬一你要不住，他們的房間沒人預訂了怎麼辦？”這完全是無視房客的感受，優先自己的利益啊，難道每天的12點退房是個擺設？11點給客人確定一下是否退房不行？確認退房後你再出售房間就不行？這完全不像一個酒店服務業做出來事，説出來的話。被人掃地出門的感覺真的不好。
