Dear guests, check in with caution! The air conditioner in the room I was given on the night of check-in was turned on to 26 degrees. After half an hour, I couldn't feel any warmth in the room. I continued to turn it on to 29 degrees. There was still no temperature change after half an hour. I reported it to the front desk and asked to change rooms. After that, an old man came up and said, "Zhi Zhi." After chatting for a long time, I reluctantly gave the key card to the new room. As a result, the air conditioner remote control in the new room was still powered off, and the battery slot of the remote control was yellowed. There was also a puddle of water under the phone on the bedside table. This was also unsanitary. Leaves me speechless! There wasn’t even a toilet paper in the room!

I stayed in several hotels in Qiaolin, Pukou District. The price/performance ratio is not very good. There are many small hotels, so I am not very satisfied. Later, I found out that this chain hotel is very cost-effective. It also provides breakfast in the morning. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good.

I woke up at 8 o'clock in the morning, opened Ctrip and wanted to extend my stay, but it was prompted that the original room had been sold and could not be extended. I went downstairs and asked the front desk that the room had been sold and could no longer be sold to me. This is completely ignoring the feelings of the tenants and prioritizing their own interests. Is the check-out at 12 o'clock every day just a decoration? Isn't it okay to check with guests at 11 o'clock to check out? Can't you sell the room after confirming check-out? This is completely unlike what a hotel service industry does or says. It feels really bad to be kicked out.

電視機下方的桌面衞生太差了，不是一般的差，我拿紙巾擦了三遍才乾淨，都是之前住客吃了外賣夜宵的臟油和一點點殘渣。房間裏送了兩瓶今麥郎礦泉水，入住的晚上喝了一瓶是正常的，早上起床想喝第二瓶，發現竟然是被擰開衹剩下半瓶的，OMG！！房間裏至少有五衹蚊子。早餐也很簡單，不過能吃飽也就行，但難以接受的是用餐的桌子和沙發，都臟出黏、油亮了。真不知道，幾年沒住，格林豪泰現在已經墮落成這樣了，哎！
