#位置交通先説位置，小區裏面公寓户型，地鐵2號線出來5分鐘腳程，很方便，交通這方面性價比很高，本身也對外出租短期落腳和長租都行。#服務老闆大叔對人挺好的。#性價比150不到的地鐵旁賓館，平台我翻了好久，價格這方面好像也就青旅和艙房比這便宜了#衞生前面説了，因為本身長期對外出租的，衞生條件真一般，廁所打掃的還是不足，床上四件套還是建議經常換新。#房間設施公寓户型帶陽台和洗衣機以及廚房，很完善。整體，性價比很高，衞生能再搞搞的話更好了

4. 傍晚無端敲門！説帶人看房！嚇死個人

太垃圾，平時120，考試410，十二點退房超時就加錢，座機和床頭插座都沒有，就是宰人。裏面設施很舊頁不全，隔音垃圾

還是不錯的體驗，周圍吃的挺多的，有商場，距離地鐵站也不是很遠。坐電梯上去的，出電梯就是前台。老闆人還不錯。環境也很安靜
