The hotel is very good. The twin room is clean and tidy. There are desks and chairs for work, and the pillows are also very comfortable. I came to Nanjing for surgery. After the surgery, I cannot eat hard food. After 9pm, I can drink millet porridge for free. and multigrain porridge. When I left, I reported that it was a bit noisy upstairs. I also gave a small gift. Although it is not the responsibility of the hotel, the attitude was very good. There are also many businesses around the hotel and it is very close to the scenic spot. I will come back next time. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come here.

Let me talk about the advantages first: ① Parking is convenient, just go to the front desk to register your license plate. ②The room has a good layout and good lighting. ③The decoration is good, the air conditioning is powerful, and there is no odor in the room. Thumbs up. ④The breakfast is rich and good. Disadvantages: ① The windows cannot be closed, and the wind outside will make a rattling sound, which will affect the children's sleep, especially when it is time to go to bed at 11 or 12 o'clock. ②When I checked in, the front desk kindly recommended the 24-hour service on WeChat. I reported the situation at 11pm, but no one responded until 0:06am when someone replied to me on WeChat. When I opened my phone, I saw that the message had been withdrawn and there has been no follow-up. Is this the service advertised? ③There was a flying insect on the pillow, and my hair was pressed underneath. The next day, I suddenly felt several lumps on my body. I didn’t know if it was the sheets, the quilt, or my own problem.

This is the first time I encountered Atour Hotel with such poor service attitude and such poor management level. 1. The three staff members failed to explain a single concept clearly throughout the process. 2. When the staff and customers were arguing loudly at the door of the room, they did not realize that the sound would cause interference to customers in other rooms, and there was no "noise reduction" reminder. 3. After receiving a complaint, the first thing the hotel manager should do is not to appease the customer. He interrupts the argument without even listening to the customer's description, saying that his employee is right, and insists on defending his employee's "unreasonable" attitude. There is no sense of service at all. 4. The hotel treats customers who place orders on its own official website differently or implicitly differently from customers who place orders on third parties.
