The hotel is relatively quiet in the alley, the hygiene is OK, the bus stop is very close, 3 minutes away, the washing machine is free, and the price is reasonable

After I checked in, the room smelled bad probably because the previous guest smoked. I reported it to the front desk and they were very good and immediately adjusted the room for me.

There are many places to eat around, there is a free laundry room, and the front desk service is very good. Sometimes when you come back late, they are very helpful if you need help.

Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is really average or even poor. I stayed at the hotel for several days and asked the front desk to ask for cleaning in the morning. As a result, the hygiene was like this when I came back at night. I had hair everywhere even before I even went to bed. After going out for fun one night, when I got back to the hotel, I still had to call the front desk to do some cleaning. The cleanliness after the previous guest’s stay was not cleaned even after I checked in. Service: Call the front desk in the evening and they will deliver two bottles of water and bath towels. The front desk will just tell you to go find it in the car and pick up what you want. I think the front desk is busy and you can tell the guest directly that it may take a little delay before delivering it. No problem, right? When I told the front desk in the morning to ask for cleaning, the beautiful lady at the front desk had a very good service attitude. I told her this morning for several days in a row. I think as a hotel chain, it’s not too much to ask for cleanliness and no hair.

It is very close to Xuanwu Lake Park, and there are many snack streets around. The room is clean and tidy, but the facilities are old and the air conditioning is busy. The service attitude is warm, which is quite good.
