It is conveniently located not far from metro stations. Nearby there are malls and lots of restaurants and food shops. A grocery stall is located just right outside.
The room layout and configuration is standard for an Atour. The laundry room is located on the ground floor, and the reception even helped to put my clothing in the dryer after it finished the washing process. The breakfast was okay for the price paid, a Chinese-oriented cuisine but with limited choices..
The only downside was the reception floor was a bit dirty after it rained outside, and people stepped in with wet shoes. Otherwise, it is a recommended hotel to stay.

It’s great! The location is very convenient and they have good drip coffee and good tea in the room. The personnel are very friendly and caring. Would definitely recommend it

Were unfortunately forced to go up a floor to be able to take the elevator down during our stay due to service maintenance. I know these things happen, but the stairwells were characteristically unpleasant, especially in the current heat. The corridors were also quite hot, as they are not air conditioned. Room could have been less humid, also.
Hot water in bathroom a bit lacking, but otherwise, facilities were all fine. Would have preferred to have a fridge, also.

Advantages: There is a snack street and the newly opened Jiming Soup Shop next to it. It is more convenient to eat. It is close to the Xuanwu Lake attractions.
Disadvantages: It's a long way from the subway, about 10 minutes' walk
