放假一點問題沒有，衞生也可以，就是酒店前台服務太有必要提高了，
晚上八點多，有個快遞到了，給前台打電話希望可以送上來（因為看到攜程上明確標註有送餐服務），得到前台的回覆是“你自己下來拿，我們很忙”
我表述的意思是我的腳扭到了，但是我的快遞不着急，希望他們不忙的時候可以送上來。前台的回覆是“那不知道要等到什麼時候了，你自己拿吧，我們今天有酒席，我現在正在忙！！！！！”
如果做不到送餐服務，幹嘛標註在攜程軟件明顯的位置上，到底是酒店服務不到位，還是攜程欺騙消費者呢？？？希望得到官方回覆！
