預訂的時候已經備註了需要安靜的房間，給我安排一個門對門的，旁邊就是樓梯通道的，前台説這是最安靜的房間了。
對門一行四人，不管定的是大床也好，標間也好，他們認識的，你把這兩個房間給他們不可以嗎，聊天的笑聲，帶着耳塞都能聽到，8點半辦了入住，我是給前台打電話也好，我自己去溝通也好，依然吵鬧到11點，早上五點又開始叮叮咣咣。
前台説我也不知道客人這樣，那你看預訂訊息的時候可不可以調整一下呢？我在提出換房的要求的時候可不可以把他們另外一個房間換出來，這間給他們，讓他們愛怎麼聊就怎麼聊？一句抱歉都沒有，一句不好意思沒有，反正一鎚子買賣，你住一次就不會再住了，無所謂～
