Great location as near subway train. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early which is very flexible. Nearby have lots of food choices. Will come back.

The room was spacious and not crowded. The bedding was clean and tidy. The staff were especially friendly and responsive. I was just unlucky because the noise from the room next door was a bit loud, waking me up in the middle of the night. I hope this can be improved.

First, the table lamp in the room was a mystery. I couldn't turn it on or off. I wanted to call the front desk, but there was no shortcut button on the hotel phone to call the front desk. The bathroom was extremely slippery and I slipped twice. The drain was blocked, and after showering, water accumulated and overflowed. The TV wouldn't project the screen, and the remote control wasn't very sensitive. The bed curtains didn't block out the light, so I was woken up by the light in the morning. The front desk also refused to deliver my takeout. A bad review. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The room was average, but the service was terrible: the hotel clearly stated free parking, and there was a parking lot right outside the main entrance. After parking there for four nights, I was charged 80 yuan when I left. I asked the front desk, and they told me it wasn't their property. It's in a small alley behind, impossible for outsiders to find. They didn't ask me when I checked in, and there were no signs indicating it. I contacted the hotel, but the front desk didn't care. They told me to call a manager, but they said they were in a meeting. Ultimately, Ctrip paid 80 yuan to resolve the issue. Ctrip's policy is great, but the hotel's service is terrible. I definitely won't stay here again.
