The Lalu Nanjing

This is a trip to Nanjing + Suzhou. I stayed at the Lalu on the first night. I would like to praise the concierge team, especially Gao Long (the most enthusiastic service staff I have ever seen as a frequent luxury brand customer) who was in charge of my trip. He asked me about my check-in needs one day in advance and upgraded the river view room for free and gave me VIP trea**ent. When I arrived at the hotel, he was already standing at the door to take us to check in and sent us to the room. He also asked about various needs during the stay, which was a great experience. Although the hotel has some flaws in the maintenance of facilities, the excellent service enthusiasm makes other shortcomings outweigh the shortcomings. The decoration of the Lalu incorporates many cultural symbols from Nanjing and Taiwan, combined with the overall new Chinese minimalist style, giving people a feeling of youth with connotation, which is more in line with the aesthetics of young people than the Nanjing Ritz-Carlton, where I stayed the next day. In addition, I would like to thank the driver who was responsible for the pick-up at the hotel.

This is my second time staying at the Hanbilou Hotel in Nanjing. I brought my children here to experience it. The scenery by the river is unbeatable. The hotel is surrounded by green bamboos. There are three geese in the water system. The ecological environment feels very good. The internal facilities and design have a strong cultural heritage. The small library on the first floor allows adults and children to find their favorite books and enjoy them quietly for a while. The hotel service is very attentive. They are not tired of trivial requests such as meal delivery, car use, pillows, etc., and they feel safe when staying. The Chinese food in the hotel is praiseworthy. The dishes are really large, which makes me, a northerner, exclaim. The first choice destination for future visits to Nanjing!

Service: I booked the Lalu for this May Day holiday. Manager Lucy contacted me in time to understand my needs and arranged everything when I checked in. The room was also very comfortable. It was very worry-free from traveling, checking in to checking out, and my family was very satisfied. Environment: When you enter the lobby, you can feel the strong cultural a**osphere of Jinling. Manager Lucy patiently introduced us to the hotel's intangible cultural heritage, Celadon Ou Le, Taihu Stone, plum trees and library. The hotel's L-shaped dynamic line is designed very smoothly, and the details of the room are also very well done. The hotel's river view room is also very good. We also paid a little extra to upgrade it. It is worth staying. Transportation: We drove here by ourselves, parking is free, and it is not far from the city center and attractions. The breakfast variety is average, there is no special feature, I hope to improve it and continue to grow bigger and stronger! ! !

I took my family to Nanjing for a trip and chose the Lalu. When I first checked in, some places did not meet my expectations! Later, I gave feedback to Peter at the hotel! Peter helped us solve it in time, and the follow-up service was also very considerate. The children came back to the hotel late at night and wanted to eat ice cream. The lobby bar was off work, so my colleagues kept waiting for us! When we left the hotel very early in the morning, I also asked my colleagues to help prepare some fruit. I felt warm in my heart.
