We wrapped up our meeting in Suzhou and decided to swing by Nanjing to visit our relatives. And boy, did we stumble upon a gem of a hotel! This place was like a work of art, with Chinese artistic touches everywhere you looked. I gotta give a shout-out to Alex and Alice at the reception. They provided us with some top-notch service while checking us in. And let's not forget about Alex from the concierge - that guy was a lifesaver!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We had such a relaxing time, and I guarantee you'll feel the same if you give this hotel a shot. Seriously, it's worth every penny. So, if you're looking for a fantastic experience, I highly recommend this place.
To sum it all up, our little detour from Suzhou to Nanjing led us to this incredible hotel. It was decked out with beautiful Chinese artwork and had a vibe that was hard to beat. Alex and Alice at the reception were absolute rock stars, and Alex from the concierge went above and beyond to help us out. Trust me, you won't regret staying here if you want a wonderful, laid-back time.

A welcoming hotel with superb/luxurious vocational vibe in Nanjing, where hotel hospitality can be quite rare. Special thanks to the chief concierge Lex, as well as his colleague Lucy.
南京涵碧楼是住过的南京诸酒店里设计最用心，最具有度假⛱️感受的酒店。 首席礼宾司Lex给我提供了一个酒店tour，他对酒店的热爱和归属感让我意外又感动。 当人表达出对工作的热爱的时候，是很让人感动。 酒店的房间也不错，对着长江流水，可以尽情爱吾生之须臾，羡长江之无穷。 also thanks to Lucy！

因為離奧體近，選擇入住涵碧樓！也是在涵碧樓慶生🎉。Lucy小姐姐提前一天就來確認溝通細節，給我們做了升級，還特地找了花瓶給我們放鮮花。生日氛圍很濃，服務超好的！一定要給個大大的贊！不愛草莓的妹子，獲得了好大一個芒果桑葚蛋糕。開心。
酒店整體很愜意，很安靜，江邊景色不錯，週末兩天都有草坪婚禮。
房間很大，寬敞又明亮，有個小小的陽台，太熱了，不能去。
早餐很豐富，9點多去，人已經不多了。現煮麪條，小餛飩都不錯。有個抹茶紅豆奶酪包，超美味。
下午茶，坐窗邊太曬了，拉下窗簾還是很熱很熱。

房間設施有些老舊，現場服務人員的服務真的很怪異，感覺不是很舒服，反而是一個未謀面的一直聯繫的管家Lucy特別特別好，幫助我好多，帶着寶寶想去夫子廟，給我指的停車場，決絕子,衹有當地人知道的保障地方，給我推薦餐館，全程有困擾我就找他，都及時給我解決，好温暖，也給我對這家酒店不好的印象提分很多。酒店位置好偏僻，晚上要吃外賣，除了龍蝦燒烤沒別的，去哪都正在修路。但是房間外面的江景景色還是很不錯的！景點離閲江樓很近！

酒店大廳好漂亮 去的時候正巧工作人員在敲編鐘 一進門就感覺特別舒心 辦理入住的時候工作人員還給升級了江景房 樓層高 視野好 窗外景色很美
房間挺大的 環境也好 帶個小露台 晚上在外面吹吹風也很舒適 就是我住的這間 床好像是兩張拼起來的 躺正中間有點咯 不過不影響整體的體驗感 是還會再來的酒店

酒店很大，帶有濃厚的中華歷史和文化氣息，很安靜，環境超級好，大床江景房，70平米大房，躺在床上可以看到長江，房間非常乾淨，設施齊全，早飯很好吃，服務非常好，酒店工作人員Jisoo全程熱情服務，為我們提供了非常好的入住體驗。

這次是南京+蘇州的旅遊，第一晚入住涵碧樓，點名表揚禮賓團隊，特別是負責我此次行程的高龍（奢牌常客目前見過的最熱情的服務人員），提前一天詢問我入住需求，並且免費升級了江景房和送了vip禮遇，到酒店的時候他已經站在門口帶我們辦理入住一直送到房間，入住期間也一直詢問各種需求，體驗感拉滿。雖然酒店在設施的維護上略有瑕疵，但是優秀的服務熱情讓其他的缺點都瑕不掩瑜了。
涵碧樓裝修融入了很多南京當地和來自台灣的文化符號，結合整體上的新中式的簡約風格，給人一種年輕裡帶着內涵的感覺，相較於後一天入住的南京麗思更符合年輕人的審美。
此外還謝謝酒店負責接送的司機師傅。
