We wrapped up our meeting in Suzhou and decided to swing by Nanjing to visit our relatives. And boy, did we stumble upon a gem of a hotel! This place was like a work of art, with Chinese artistic touches everywhere you looked. I gotta give a shout-out to Alex and Alice at the reception. They provided us with some top-notch service while checking us in. And let's not forget about Alex from the concierge - that guy was a lifesaver! Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We had such a relaxing time, and I guarantee you'll feel the same if you give this hotel a shot. Seriously, it's worth every penny. So, if you're looking for a fantastic experience, I highly recommend this place. To sum it all up, our little detour from Suzhou to Nanjing led us to this incredible hotel. It was decked out with beautiful Chinese artwork and had a vibe that was hard to beat. Alex and Alice at the reception were absolute rock stars, and Alex from the concierge went above and beyond to help us out. Trust me, you won't regret staying here if you want a wonderful, laid-back time.

A welcoming hotel with superb/luxurious vocational vibe in Nanjing, where hotel hospitality can be quite rare. Special thanks to the chief concierge Lex, as well as his colleague Lucy. also thanks to Lucy!

I stayed here for three consecutive days on a business trip. The overall design is very good and has not been outdated for so many years. The front desk staff Sun Yuchen and Jisoo provided super good service. The hotel breakfast is also good. It’s a pity that the bathroom hardware is not suitable for this interstellar hotel. It should have been a Hansgrohe shower before? Then the decoration started at 8:30 in the morning on the last day. It was very loud and affected my sleep. In the future, please inform me in advance to change rooms. However, the front desk service is good, but it’s a pity that there is a problem with the hotel connection.

It was a great experience to stay at the Hanbilou Hotel when traveling to Nanjing! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by its design that combines the charm of the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties with modernity. From the magnificent exterior to the matte walnut decoration in the interior, it is elegant everywhere. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable. The riverside room I stayed in has a superb view. When I opened the window, the river view was picturesque, and the breeze blew, and my fatigue disappeared. The food in the restaurant is also amazing. Whether it is local specialties or Western cuisine, it is delicious. I especially want to praise Xiaoxiao and Zoe who provided service. They are warm and thoughtful. From the intimate guidance at check-in to the timely response to needs, it makes people feel warm. It happened to be my birthday when I checked in, and they also gave me a birthday cake to celebrate! At the Hanbilou, I not only enjoyed comfortable accommodation and delicious food, but also gained a lot of touching because of their service. I will choose this place next time I come to Nanjing!

This is a hotel by the river, in a very quiet location. The doorman is very well behaved and takes the initiative to help with luggage and deliver it to the lobby. The lobby is very grand, the lounge is large, and there is plenty of sunlight. It is wonderful to sit there and drink afternoon tea! We booked a river view room, which has a beautiful view and a small balcony. It must be very comfortable to sit on the small balcony and enjoy the river view when spring comes. The hardware facilities in the room are very good. There is a towel rack by the bathtub, which turns out to be a heating pipe, making it convenient for guests to hang clothes. How thoughtful! There is a full range of beer and drinks in the mini bar, but there is no price list. When I asked at the front desk, the girl said very rudely that they all cost 20 yuan each, 20 yuan for a can and 40 yuan for two cans. As one of the six luxury hotels in Nanjing, it is really stingy compared with the other hotels. The hotel occupancy rate is not high, and there are enough seats for breakfast, but the breakfast is really not good. The only thing I think is delicious is the wonton. However, don't listen to the chef if he asks you to go back and wait for it to be delivered to you or come back to get it after a while, because the management here is poor. You have to gather there and wait for the food to come out of the pot. There is no staff to maintain order, and the chef will not remember his promise. I kept order and waited quietly at my seat for twenty minutes. When I asked, the chef said, "Sorry, all the food was taken away. Go back and wait for five minutes and I will deliver it to your seat." Then I went back and waited quietly, thinking that I should not trouble the chef to deliver it and just go and get it myself. As a result, the chef lost his memory of five minutes ago again and told me to wait for the pot to boil. I chose to give up because I had lost all my integrity with her. But just as ten o'clock arrived, the chefs quickly collected the dishes without any prompting. The speed was so fast that the guests could not react. If the dishes could be served at this speed, it would be able to match the service standards of a so-called six-star hotel! In general, the hardware facilities are absolutely five-star, the management ability is unsatisfactory, and the service level is like that of a budget hotel. However, I especially want to praise the doorman when I checked out today. His proactive service, considerate words, and smiling goodbye swept away the unhappiness I had during breakfast, so the three stars of the service evaluation are given to this doorman.

This hotel looks run-down. When I arrived that night and entered the gate, I saw the neon lights of the Hanbi Building sign only half lit. My first reaction was that it was ruined and I had made a mistake. Sure enough, I checked in late that night and there was no concierge. There was only a young lady at the front desk. The young lady said that the concierge would go off work at 11 o'clock, and I could understand that. After checking in and entering the room, the first thing I saw was the oil stains on the sofa (probably not oil). I just spread a bath towel and pretended I didn't see it. The weather changed at night and it was very windy. I turned the air conditioner to the maximum, but it didn't work. I could only sleep with my clothes on. Here comes the key point. In the middle of the night, there was a small gap in the balcony sliding door and it couldn't be closed tightly. It could be locked but it leaked air. It happened to be windy. The whole night was full of ghosts howling and the wind was whistling. I almost stood there with a fork to see if it was from the sky or the earth coming to save me. At five in the morning, I decisively took out my mobile phone to request to check out, but the hotel reservation department was arranging troops in sleep. At this time, a young lady named Ai customer service sent me a message telling me that she would not reply to me until nine in the morning. I was so relieved that there are still good "people" in the long night. At nine o'clock in the morning, I received a text message that ruthlessly rejected me, telling me that my order modification was rejected (I had booked for three days at a time), and they didn't tell me the reason. I picked up the phone in anger and called the platform to inquire. I told the platform my dark legend. The platform lady was very good. She immediately helped me communicate with the hotel, and then told me that I was not allowed to check out early because of the price difference, and asked me if I could make up the price difference. I thought, isn't this a bad thing? Make up, make up immediately, make up without hesitation for a second. It's faster than later, so I immediately got up, packed up my things and left (I took something with me when I left, and later asked the errand boy to bring it back, for which I am still grateful). An interlude: I had breakfast in the restaurant in the morning, and found that some staff members took thermos cups to collect milk. I have no objection to this. It is better to give some nutrition to the employees than to waste it if they can't drink it. If I were the boss, I would agree to do this. It's just that with so many guests in the lobby, it seems that the management is a bit inadequate. Next time, I will take the initiative to distribute it when I retreat to the kitchen (friendly suggestion). In short, I will never come to this hotel again, hahahaha. Goodbye to you

During the Chinese New Year holiday, our family drove to Nanjing and stayed at the Nanjing Hanbilou Hotel. The hotel is very large and the facilities are very new. The lobby design is unique and has the flavor of Tokyo Aman. Every staff member inside is very polite with a smile. The doorman at the door took the initiative to help us with our luggage and check us in. When we checked in, a beautiful lady named Lucy in the hotel lobby immediately arranged delicious drinks and various delicious fresh fruits for my family when she learned that we drove from other places. She also gave the children a lot of chocolates and cute cakes, which made our family feel happy to go home for the New Year! Not only that, Ms. Lucy also specially upgraded a super-large super-deluxe river view room for us. The view is beautiful and the room is very beautiful! Thank you again to Ms. Lucy of the hotel. Next time, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation!
