優點是前台都很好，旅遊4天入住出行方便不堵車有免費停車場，且幫我延遲停車，所住房間較安靜，補全3人日用，這些都是選擇的理由。缺點設施簡陋衞生還可以，換床件不勤4天3晚都沒換過，一天半夜暴雨停電熱醒了，嚴重影響第二天旅遊精神，這點是出行不能接受的。相比之下整體一般。

酒店雖然設施舊，但是很乾凈，就是隔音效果不好，酒店離明孝陵景區，很近就打車11元左右，離南京博物院也十幾元，酒店停車免費

房間設施好，電視📺網絡速度欠佳，多次不能使用（當然客户使用也很少），WIFI速度很好，📱與筆記本💻可以替代電視📺。
服務不錯，早餐可以diy有點小驚喜。

房間裝修確實舊了點。好在床鋪梳洗用品水平都在線。前台服務亦如以前一樣，專業、熱情。本次是去農業大學考試的。離考點很近，有自有停車場停車也很方便。周邊飯館也比較多。總體，除了裝修都滿意。如果去南京農業大學考試可以考慮首先。
