酒店前台服務特別熱情周到，我是22號晚上入住的，23號晚上的火車，23號白天把行李寄存在前台，23號傍晚回到酒店取行李發現手機和充電寶都沒電啦，前台的兩位工作人員特別熱情，還給我送來了礦泉水，不好意思拍工作人員的照片，但是在這裏對她們的服務表示無比的滿意，下次來南京還會選擇這家酒店住宿的！

乾淨整潔！可惜全家人整晚沒睡着，，，窗外就是主幹道，實在太吵了，一整夜無法睡不着的那種！設施很不錯，但是睡眠質量根本不能談。所以，很抱歉，今後肯定不會再光顧了！還是感謝！

性價比非常高。離南京站南出口出來700米左右，很方便。還有自助洗衣房，方便換洗。可惜沒買早餐，下次一定要買。

攜程上訂了兩個房間、辦理入住時前台衹給開了一間、還給增加一套拖鞋牙具、跟前台説還有一間沒開、才給開出另一間、前台説以為是三個人住一間…兩個房間需要乘左右挺遠的兩部電梯、移動起來太麻煩。衞生上一般、大面上還可以、但桌子其實也是臟的、擦了兩個濕巾才乾淨些。看差評裏説臨近高架橋有些吵、感受了一下確實關了窗户和沒關差不太多。本來想加錢升級到另一面、給辦理入住的前台翁女士説酒店位置特殊、前面高架橋、後面是高鐵、無論哪邊一樣都很吵的、沒必要花錢升級換、還給送了三個耳塞。總體的入住感覺不是太好、出行淡季300出頭價格的話選擇別家的性價比可能會更高些。還好是衹先訂了一天、入住感受不好第二天就更換了別的酒店。

沒有人説嗎？？一個酒店分一堆區走過各種走廊坐各種電梯走樓梯才到房間，房間到酒店門口要走快十分鐘，，偏死了！！電梯不用房卡就能隨便進樓層！電視連不了網看不了！房間網也是連不上的！第一次來南京旅遊！你們就這樣宣傳南京是嗎？外賣也送不上來要我來回幾十分鐘跑，而且工作日週一啊你這麼大六層樓三個區三棟的酒店都滿了？？給我一個女生安排在這個最邊邊最偏的區？？？無語了第一次住這種酒店差死了好評都是刷的吧

酒店很好 我很喜歡 家庭房很寬敞 設施齊全 衞生乾淨 地理位置優越 南京站出來步行不到十分鐘 也是地鐵站的位置 距離南京南打車半小時 一號線去哪裡也都很方便 服務人員周到熱情貼心 對小朋友很有耐心 下次來還住這裏。
