The light is dim, suitable for relaxation. The TV can be projected.
The private bath is clean, safe and comfortable.
The landlord is very enthusiastic, prepared welcome fruits, helped carry the boxes, and taught how to take a bath.
The only thing is that I don't know what is going on outside. It may be the New Year. There are intermittent knocking things early in the morning, which affects the experience a bit.
