首先要誇一誇服務，從確認開始，店方主動致電聯繫並建立管家羣，隨後羣內會發布入住期間所有服務事項以及周邊景點及飲食簡介。抵達店內會有專人幫拿行李帶送房間。羣內消息回覆及時，有求必應。其次，房間內乾濕分離，裝修簡約温馨，床品非常舒適，洗護用品很好用，一次性拖鞋略顯單薄。自帶小院落，室外風景很好，尤其適合攜寵客人，也可以燃放煙花。店外附近有水庫/咖啡室/書吧/便利店/田園餐廳/户外健身設備/户外遊樂設施/天幕等等，地理位置屬於偏居一隅鬧中取靜。早餐時間到10點，很人性化，主食有皮肚麪/雪菜肉絲麪/餛飩，搭配紅薯/玉米/燒麥/肉腸/雞蛋/小菜等，口味不錯。建議客廳可以考慮放置一台微波爐，屋內取暖再優化一下。會再次入住的民宿之一。

房間很大 淋浴間跟衞生間是分開的 有個小陽台很喜歡服務太棒啦 提前一天有拉羣 從入住到退房 整個過程都超愉悦 前台小姐姐特別好 下雨提醒出行 其實停車場到房間很近 還要來接我們我們帶狗出行的 店家也很好 寵物友好 不收清潔費 環境非常棒 在山裡 很舒服 很私人的空間 下次過來還會入住

非常滿意，淡季出行，承包了整個酒店，免費升級景觀大床，一進門就幫我把行李箱拿到房間了，早餐被鳥鳴叫醒，晚上有湯圓牛奶，距離銀杏湖樂園十分鐘車程，全國二十多家分店，有機會再去別家分店試試

在住宿期間，管家隨時都能聯繫到，並且響應非常迅速。無論是我有什麼特殊需求還是遇到了一些小問題，他都會盡力滿足和解決，讓我感到非常安心。
房間乾淨整潔，用品齊全，而且佈置得非常温馨。每天還會有專人打掃，保持房間的整潔。
