Most of the front staff is nice and friendly except one. The one with the round glasses. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or wants to be the manager, her colleagues are asking her for help and she seems to have an attitude.

The location is good, close to the subway entrance, and there are a lot of food. As soon as you enter the lobby, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic and helps you apply for the room card. Worst stay at All Seasons. First time staying at All Seasons and there is no conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. The decoration is very old, with old mud in the corners, damaged wallpaper and wall coverings, and dirty toilets and faucets.
The service was very bad. I found that there were no tea bags on the bar, so I called the front desk to send them. I waited for almost an hour and they still didn't deliver them. I had to call them again to urge them. When checking in, the guy at the front desk complained that the price booked on the platform was too cheap, saying that it would be more expensive on the day of check-in.
