The location is ideal for self-driving, with charging stations available on the third basement floor. Parking is also free, and the front desk will inquire about parking fees after check-out. The hotel features a smart design, including a robot, a smart screen, and a sensor toilet. The hair dryer is quite loud, but otherwise, it's acceptable. The toothbrush feels softer than other Holiday Inn Express hotels, ensuring it doesn't get stuck between teeth and is very comfortable. There's a shared laundry room and gym on the fifth floor, which is also quite convenient. The room was generally clean, and it was a fantastic experience for a regular visit to Nanjing! The hotel's facilities exceeded expectations. The recent opening of Line 5 is very convenient, and the separate wet and dry areas are particularly comfortable. The separate wash area is a thoughtful touch. The HDTV projection screen and high-speed WiFi in the room meet your leisure needs. The bedding is perfectly soft. Overall, the facilities are new and well-maintained! Highly recommended! The service was responsive and the problems were solved promptly. I reported the problem to the front desk upon check-out and the feedback was prompt and quick. This shows that they value the guest experience, which is a thumbs up. The breakfast utensils need to be improved. The food is sufficient.
