This service experience was terrible. I arrived and the hotel said there was no room type that I booked and offered me an upgrade, which was fine. Then they said there would be a room available tomorrow and asked me to switch back. I didn't have a need for an upgrade in the first place. Who doesn't have a room? Whose responsibility is it? You guys oversold, didn't you?
For a new hotel, this level of service standard... I originally booked for 6 days, so I'll just cancel the remaining 4 days.
Moreover, after taking a shower at night, the shower gel was gone. I even took it out specially, but after cleaning up, the empty bottle was still empty.
For the room extension card, they even reminded me specifically to change rooms, and made it sound like I was getting a good deal.
That's right, you're not short of one customer.
Nanjing is not short of one hotel like yours either.
