First off, the entrance is on the side of the building and not clearly marked, it is also the entrance to a pool hall. From there you must take the elevator to floor 5 for check in. Once we found the correct entrance the staff are very friendly and helpful! They even offered free coffee and it is very good quality.
Overall the hotel is very good, the common areas and rooms are very clean, however our room had a large amount of black mold on the walls.
Our room also had a mini fridge, but it was placed in a cabinet and could not be plugged in, so it was useless.
The hotel did provide free water and drinks, which is very helpful. There is also a large indoor / outdoor area with seating and tables on the 5th floor. It looks nice and is comfortable.
On a Friday night, we could here some local KTV while we were going to sleep, and some late night returning guests may be loud, as you can easily hear the bathroom / shower noises from rooms next door.
The location is very convenient to visit the Confucius Temple streets and there is also a lot of good food options nearby. There is even a Duck Soup and dumpling restaurant that offers a promo for hotel guests, the restaurant is in the same building and easy to access.

I recommend this place, it’s near/right by Confucius temple and Lao Men Dong. The front receptionist was very helpful and she spoke English. We had to extend our stay and she helped us with it immediately when we asked. The cleaning service was great, the room gets cleaned every day which I appreciate. We get water bottles refilled as well. They also have us bottled tea and soda so that’s a plus. The area is convenient and close to the metro station. One thing I would say is that this place is located at a very busy street so you would hear cars honking from late morning to around 9-10pm at night. There is no air conditioning so be careful during the summer. I like that there’s a separate elevator to the actual hotel rooms so it’s extra security. You would need to come up to the fifth floor and then get out of the elevator and ride another elevator with your keycard to go to your room. Overall it’s a nice hotel!

This hotel in Nanjing boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the subway station and also a 10-minute stroll to the Qinhuai River, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Though not large in scale, the hotel requires a two-elevator ride to reach the rooms. The rooms themselves have a unique design, as seen in the pictures. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, with hairs found on the floor.
The room is equipped with a large TV that supports screen projection, offering a perfect picture ratio and enhancing the stay experience. However, the double bed only comes with two pillows, which is insufficient even for a single person, and the comfort of the backrest could be better. Although a request was made to add more pillows, only one was provided. Overall, the service attitude is good, but the hardware facilities are somewhat limited.

They were of course a little bit surprised to see a foreigner and I unfortunately don't speak well Chinese, but they were extremely accommodating and sweet. They gave some itinerary recommendations, a cup of coffee is included in the room. I loved my room. I specifically booked the Tatami Room and it was so cute and well designed. Some cold drinks were provided for summer! An absolute gem 10/10, well worth the price ＜3

The facilities were a vibe and very aesthetic, a warm feeling throughout the hotel. The services were impeccable and immaculate, and the outdoor areas were amazing! I especially loved the warm welcoming glow of the bar situated just outside the hotel lobby on the roof, added character to the establishment as a whole!

Overall very nice and attentive staff. Lots of bottled water for free in addition to the two a day in your room. Wish the room could have a small table around the bed where you can place things.
