The service at this hotel is truly impressive, from check-in to check-out, every step was done to perfection. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are advanced, and the breakfast is rich in variety, which is full of praise. The hotel staff are friendly, professional and make you feel right at home. Definitely a good hotel worth recommending!

I believe this is the worst four-star hotel I have stayed in in the past 20 years. With this quality, it can only be called Express, and it is not even as good as Hanting and other chains in Express. 1. Facilities (1) When checking in, I asked about children's toiletries. The front desk said that they had just opened and they didn't have them yet. Okay, let’s take it as a reason. (2) In addition to the bed, there is only a chair in the room. When asked about the sofa on the Ctrip map, the service staff answered that some rooms have it and some do not. Finally moved it from somewhere else. 2. Environment: (1) The room smelled of smoke and sewer water. Even if I opened the windows and exhaust fan, it didn't improve. I poured water into the water seal next to the toilet, hoping that it was caused by the water seal drying up. There was no relief until the next morning. It can be seen that the problem is not here. (2) The floor in the room was very dusty. The service staff said they could come sweep it, but I strongly requested that it be mopped again. It is believed that people allergic to dust mites are not allowed to stay. Originally, these were enough, but I didn't expect that the worse would be yet to come. 3. Catering: This morning's breakfast was the standard of an express hotel. We arrived at the restaurant at nine o'clock. Not to mention the small variety, everything was already expected from yesterday. The food was not kept warm and was already cold. After looking at the little remnants in the porridge bucket, I asked if there was still porridge. The final answer was that you can have wontons or noodles. Okay, I mixed soy milk and milk, and I laughed angrily when I added it. A little bit of soy milk powder or milk powder mixed with a certain amount of water can make it so clear. The worst thing is that I picked up a piece of cold hand cake and turned it over to see that there was a small ball of paper towel stuck to it. I didn't know that the paper towel was a kitchen wipe or something. It really made me angry! An old lady came over to apologize, sorry, sorry, and then took the plate away from me. Ctrip actually listed this hotel on the first list of four- and five-star Lishui tourist hotels, which is quite acceptable. How much promotion fee was paid? !Is there a little bit of sincerity to customers? ! After leaving Gaoyou, the wonderful travel experience was completely ruined by this second leg of the trip!
