: Really bad review, sanitation is average, the courtyard room we stayed in has no privacy, even if there are green plants to block the view, you can still see you soaking in the hot spring in the yard from the stairs outside when the light is good during the day, the most speechless thing is that from 9pm to 11:30pm, the room next door starts to live broadcast the B&B selling rooms, the sound is so loud that you can hear it in the room. I wanted to soak in the hot spring quietly and go to sleep, it was so noisy, I endured it for a while, and then communicated with the customer service, and told them that the anchor invited by the B&B to live broadcast the sale of rooms, the live broadcast time is two hours, and the actual live broadcast time is two and a half hours, I really can't stand it, the live broadcast content is still what kind of environment is quiet and private, and what the best time to soak in the hot spring is before going to bed, you can imagine how ridiculous it is to listen to the live version of the live broadcast of selling goods for two hours before going to bed, and give you repeated links and introductions. I came here to enjoy the quiet and secluded private hot spring, but the B&B knew about it but did nothing. My experience is that the B&B does not treat customers as customers. It is understandable that a newly opened B&B invites people to live broadcast promotion, but choosing to live broadcast during the rest time at night, sacrificing their own environment, services and customer experience, even if the most active promotion is exchanged for negative reviews.

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住

很新很新的民宿。。。。帶孩子來的一定一定慎重。但是環境很雅緻，早餐不能和環境匹配，很一般。預訂的時候有漢服體驗以及咖啡，服務的小哥哥完全不知道我有這些個項目，咖啡還是第二天吃早飯打算退房我提醒的，所以感覺就是一個噱頭，也可能他真的一個人忙不過來忘記了吧。

酒店總體服務真的非常好，來之前管家就會提前聯繫，到了會幫忙拿行李，雖然中間有點小插曲，但是酒店的服務沒得説，完美的解決了。還幫我們房間做了升級，而且還送了我們中午的簡餐，真的非常棒！另外酒店的環境包括房間的設施都非常好，這個價格還是很值得入住的。大家如果下次想要私湯温泉這家是不錯的選擇！！五星推薦！

環境很好，錯峯泡温泉很安靜，餐廳口味也不錯，管家服務很周到，全屋智能電器，娃一定喜歡，下次帶娃一起來。
