接待和引導服務很差勁，實際定位與酒店在平台上提供的訊息也不一致，電梯還需要找門衞刷，害人大冬天大晚上在樓下等很久。打電話一問就是讓加微信，發過來一大串早就複製粘貼好的通用入住訊息，那為什麼不放在平台上説清楚並且提前讓客人加微信知曉情況？遇到不懂操作的長者怎麼辦？
環境還算不錯，但住進去以後發現是個loft隔斷而成的兩間房，上層樓板隔音很差咚咚作響，衹能説是會做生意的
