We decided to extend our stay because it was a great hotel to stay in. The location is great! Staff was very helpful when we got to the hotel. The room is also suprisingly great in size and cozy and very modern (maybe because they just renovated). The bathroom was one of the best things in the room. It was very clean , very modern. The toilet is a smart toilet which can heat up. Also they have a robot waiter that can bring amenities up to your room. Overall my family had a great stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was good, even though they didn’t know much English but could still communicate with them. They were helpful too. The room was good n clean. The overall stay was good.

Although there were some minor issues at the beginning of check-in, we were assigned a room next to the elevator, which turned out to be completely different from the layout photographed on the platform, and the room window was much smaller, which was not ideal. However, after communication, we were still given a normal room, and the service attitude was still acceptable.
