HanTing Nanjing (Gaochun Beiling Road Hotel)

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, they can respond to my needs in a timely manner, which makes me feel very considerate.

This is my third time here. I really don’t need to say more about the health services. I didn’t expect to get up all the time in the morning just to have Hanting’s breakfast. The lady at the front desk also helped us take out the clothes from the washing machine, dry them and put them in the laundry bag. Thank you. If you go to Gaochun in the future, you will definitely stay here again!

The worst hotel experience ever. One thing to say, the reception and service staff at the front desk are standard for a budget hotel, so I'm not bragging. But the room hygiene and environment really don't want to come back a second time. I specifically booked a family room, but the smell of cigarette smoke hit my face as soon as I entered the door. Bad review! Afterwards, the housekeeping staff came and sprayed something, but it had little effect. It was time to go to bed at night, and the loud music and singing next door, similar to KTV, lasted until three in the morning... Bad review! The next morning I was about to catch up on my sleep, but there was another ding-ding-dong-dong-dong sound... bad review! In a situation like this, I really feel that it is unscrupulous for the hotel to just sell rooms and make money without making plans in advance.
