The hotel was nice, thought what stood out for me undoubtedly is the service. The staff made sure to answer any questions and accommodate whatever request they could. In fact, after arriving, I realized I’d forgotten my cellphone charger. After inquiring with the front desk about potential battery packs in the hotel, they supplied a charger free of No charge. Upon check in, my room had also been upgraded. And after having done charges with getting hot water, the hotel staff not only resolved the problem, but insisted I take advantage of late checkout to ensure my rest wasn’t compromised. I will absolutely recommend and return. Thank you so much

I had such an enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming service. I felt a sense of excitement that I haven’t felt at many other hotels or resorts in Nanjing. One highlight was watching the staff perform a K-pop dance—it was a fun and memorable surprise! As a foreigner, communication was smooth and easy. All the staff spoke both Chinese and English fluently, which made everything more comfortable. Checking in alone with my two young children was a bit challenging, but I’m especially thankful to Kelly at the front desk for her kind and thoughtful help. I’ll definitely be coming back again! .

During my four-day, three-night stay, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and relaxed amidst the friendly hosts, clean facilities, and quiet surroundings. The only drawback was that the buffet selection was the same every day. Aside from that, the drinks and cocktails at the U-Bar were incredibly refreshing and delicious. I'd like to thank Joji and Kelly for their special attention and hospitality. Even though we didn't have a Korean host, they did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Incidentally, a Korean host came on our last day, so I think Koreans can also stay here without worry. I'd love to visit again if I have the chance.

自從南京開了club med，一直想去體驗，之前麗江感覺很不錯。梅雨季節正愁無處遛娃，於是就趕緊安排上。週五突如其來的暴雨打亂了計劃，大堵車導致到酒店已經是8點多。辦理入住很順利，酒店給升級了湖景豪華大床房，在房間就可以看燈光秀了，這在梅雨季真的是很開心了。加了賓客關係的微信，除了會每天提醒天氣、告知活動安排等，任何疑問和需要都能得到及時迴應，非常滿意。週六早餐結束就去體驗了mini水上俱樂部，水深35釐米，對小寶寶相當友好，後悔忘記帶水槍，沒玩過癮，但娃還是玩到上午關門都不肯回房間。午睡後就在小童俱樂部打發時間了，有滑滑梯、網梯等釋放精力，隔壁也有積木、繪本等可以玩，就是空間不太大，很快就玩遍了。晚餐後就是燈光秀和u bar的各種活動，可是娃還是喜歡小童俱樂部，一直玩到9點半才肯回房間。週日早餐後體驗了射箭，走過去的路是真長，娃看看走走停停，也算是不容易到達終點，還好途中有西瓜蟲、蝴蝶、小魚、烏龜、各種樹葉等等，分散了她的注意力。射箭是真好玩，跟隊友輪流帶娃都體驗了一下，就是太累，不容易上靶3支，很滿意，由於我是最後一個，射擊場的小姐姐還給我拍了不少照片，感謝！回去又去室內活動場玩了會，爸爸帶着玩籃球，搞得旁邊的娃也想一起參與。延遲退房到3點，還是感覺時間不夠用，還有好幾張體驗券都還沒用，據説夏天還有泡泡派對等活動，到時候再來。賓客關係Kelly和Tracy非常nice，度過了一個愉快的週末。

第二次入住clubmed集團連鎖酒店，這家南京的白四方舟club遠比我上一次去的那家各方面的體驗感更好，下次來南京，還要來再次大卡這裏。服務：在此特別感謝賓客關係kelly和tracy，為我們的旅程提供了全方位貼心的服務，無論在什麼時候，當我們需要幫助，都會第一時間回覆我們。每天一早都會事無鉅細地將當天的活動行程發給我們。看到我們有孩子，還為我們申請了升房。第一次遇到這麼好的酒店管家，可見整個酒店的服務管理水平之高。另外，整個酒店的工作人員基本以年輕的小哥哥小姐姐為主，親切不失活力，衹要每次經過大堂，都會詢問是否需要幫助，即便是在酒店的其他位置碰上，也會主動打招呼問好。餐廳的服務人員也很有耐心，會及時更換餐盤，如果有其他需要也會提供相應幫助。高水平的服務讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。直到第三日要退房，孩子都留戀得不想離開。環境：整個club乾淨衞生，包括客房。酒店的客房長廊是藍色的地毯配藍色背景的山水畫。我們住的4樓客房一邊以青竺為名，另一邊則以山黛為名，充滿了詩意。酒店的房間是2.4m的超大床，客廳和房間都配有電視機。衞生間有小朋友喜歡的小王子系列的小童洗浴產品。陽台上配有兩把椅子及一個茶几，用以觀賞酒店晚間八點的水幕表演。首日的minibar是免費的。活動：送了很多小朋友的運動體驗券，大孩子可以在室內體育場參加各種免費的項目。小娃娃可以去小小俱樂部遊玩。每日十點還可以參加手工活動。必須再説下游泳池，目前遇到的最適合孩子的游泳池，0.6m到1.4m的深度，對游泳不熟練的孩子太友好了。晚間在u吧適合小朋友的親子活動，可以盡情在那裡做遊戲，跳舞，和熊貓人偶互動，聽現場表演。説實在的，這裏菲律賓歌手的表演很在線。設計理念：整個度假村的設計理念是一個詩人的旅程，體現詩詞中的南京。詩人泛舟遊覽金陵山水，一葉扁舟之上，飛鳥與遠山，朝霞與丘壑，美不勝收。期待下次再次相遇美好。
