服務：之前丟了東西在酒店，微信約定了來拿,此次為了拿回失物特意又來住，前台當面説：衹保留7天，不來拿就處理掉 ，連説兩次，**來住來拿失物還要看你前台臉色？
衞生：床頭和淋浴間均有長頭髮
設施：隔音巨差，晚上隔壁的聲音清清楚楚

環境：環境乾淨整潔，前台很貼心升級了更大的房間。衞生間乾濕分離很棒。設施非常新，2023年新開業的。
地理位置真的是沒話説，下樓2⃣️分鐘到地鐵站，樓下有肯德基，星巴克，步行15分鐘內可以到江寧織造博物館和總統府，江蘇省美術館。
去夫子廟，秦淮河，德基廣場都打車都衹20分鐘左右。
下次來南京還來這家酒店。唯一欠缺的是空調出風口對着床頭吹，也不能調整。衹能頭在床尾睡

地理位置真的很好，距離地鐵站特別近，走1分鐘就到了，去各個景點都很方便！！
服務真的很好，有要求都會滿足而且態度真的很友好，房間很乾凈，而且一看就很新，智能馬桶，全屋智能語音，電視也蠻大的，真的很不錯。
打掃的時姐姐也很好，每次過來打掃都很乾凈，而且能記住我的一些需求真的是很驚喜了！！這樣的服務真的是會想下次過來還會選擇在這裏。

非常滿意，主要是離地鐵站近，一個人帶兒子出遊，主打的就是方便，離總統府1912街都很近，走過去十來分鐘，酒店旁邊就是超市，周邊吃的很多，而且都是老區，買東西都不貴，還給我們升級了房間，全屋智能，機器人送餐，非常贊

五一臨時定的房間，感覺還是挺滿意的。地理位置好，離地鐵口很近，去景點可以走路遠的景點也就兩三站路，還沒有景區的嘈雜。周圍吃的地方挺多的，推薦。
