Since the hotel was full, we gave up on changing rooms. While we were having afternoon tea (gift from the hotel), the front desk called us to upgrade our room type. Although the room was still being cleaned after the previous guest left, the hotel allowed us to move our belongings there first and then go through the formalities after watching Ah Mei's concert. It was really thoughtful. There were snack gift packs prepared for Ah Mei fans in the lobby. It was great. The hotel was very close to the Olympic Sports Center and the subway station, and afternoon tea and late-night noodles were also provided. It was thoughtful.

The location is excellent and close to the Olympic Sports Center. The service is warm and pays special attention to details: sour plum soup and towels when checking in, customer service Mary also gives souvenirs, and late-night noodles are served in the evening. When ordering takeout, a robot delivers it very quickly. After checking out, I found that I had missed something, so they asked courier to deliver it home for me that day. grateful!

The hotel is located above the shopping mall. The room is spacious, clean and smart. The service is also good. It is only a few minutes away from the Olympic Sports Center. It is very convenient to walk back after the concert. Good review. I will stay here again next time.

I booked this hotel for Ah Mei's concert. It's just across the street. It's very close! Then the so-called manager came and said that other rooms would be cleaned and given to you, and there was no room now, so I had to go to the room that people checked out and hadn't cleaned yet to rest. Absolutely! Then they said to change to a parent-child room, with a big bed and a tatami. They told me that this was an upgrade. The tatami is not very friendly to my old waist, so of course I won't stay here... In the end, I waited for the guests to check out and waited for the cleaning... During this time, I said I wanted to change hotels, and they asked me to check out, but I didn't want to. This is not a pet hotel. If you are really allergic, you are probably doomed... The last surprise was that other guests ordered takeout from Nanjing Food Stall. As a result, our takeout was delivered to the wrong place... The service was perfunctory. When I checked out this morning, the front desk guy was chatting with me, and he was not as good as the aunt who cleaned the room. I had booked a room to watch a concert in July, but I gave up decisively. The hotel next door is much better...

Very good hotel. I stayed in Nanjing for two days during the May Day holiday. I took the sightseeing tram in the center of Hexi. The children were very happy. I will come again next time I come to Nanjing. It's just that parking is not very convenient, and there is no charging parking space.
