Hotel is nice, rooms is big enough for 1 person. Overall clean even if the floor had some hairs and dirt stains.
Breakfast could be better on sweet items part.

本來的房間有點離洗衣房近了，朋友嫌吵，找前台商量換房。在客滿的情況下，我們都放棄調換了，正吃着下午茶（酒店贈送），前台打電話給我們升房型了，雖然前客人剛走房間還在打掃，酒店允許我們先把物品搬過去，看完阿妹的演唱會再辦手續。真是太貼心了
而且大廳就有為阿妹迷準備的小零食禮包🎁讚了
酒店距離奧體和地鐵站非常近，還贈送了下午茶和深夜麪條，貼心

地理位置優越離奧體中心近，服務熱情，特注重細節：辦入住時的酸梅湯和毛巾，客服mary還給送伴手禮，晚上還有夜宵麪條，點外賣有機器人送得非常快。退房後發現漏拿東西了，當天就幫我叫快遞送回家。感謝！

為了阿妹演唱會才訂這家。因為過馬路就到了。灰常近！但是從入住開始，前台check in的時候接了電話，然後就給了房卡，沒了。問電梯在哪，找其他同事指看商場裏另外一頭的電梯，頭一回碰到電梯離那麼遠的。然後發現衹有一張房卡，去前台再要一張，確給了張取電卡，就是不給房卡。絕，之後晚上衹能讓房間裏的小夥伴下來接，否則電梯都上不去。
前面是第一波驚喜。第二波，拿到房卡去房間，一進門一股刺激的尿味…正好打掃阿姨在對面打掃，直接問了，阿姨説這房間通知前台不要放出去呀，上一住客帶了狗，味道還散不掉…然後來了所謂的經理，就説其他房間打掃出來再給你，現在沒房間，讓我去人家退房還沒打掃的房間休息。絕！然後説換親子房，一個大床，一個榻榻米。告訴我這是升級了，榻榻米對我的老腰不大友好，當然不會住…最後的最後，等人家客人退房，再等打掃完…期間我説我要換酒店，你們退吧，也不願意。這不是寵物酒店，真有過敏的同學估計就完蛋了…
最後一波驚喜，還有其他客人點了南京大排檔的外賣。結果就是把我們的外賣送錯了…
服務很敷衍，今天早上退房的時候前台仔聊天，還不如打掃房間的阿姨。本來7月還定了房間看演唱會，果斷放棄，隔壁酒店香很多…

很不錯的酒店，五一來南京玩住了兩天，在河西中心點位，坐了觀光電車🚃，小朋友很開心。下次來南京還會來。就是停車不是很方便，然後也沒有充電車位。
