酒店環境優美安靜，徽派建築風格，房屋錯落有致，如同一幅畫。工作人員熱情貼心，有專門的小管家帶着去房間。前台辦理入住的時候，免費升級了房間，真是非常棒！春節期間，酒店安排了演出，不出酒店就能體驗當地民俗。房間內乾淨整潔，升級後的房間還有兩個小院子，太精緻了。

臨時決定的高淳之旅，酒店很出乎意料的好，晚上燈光映照在河水中別有一番景象，好多住客在門口放煙花超漂亮，停車場很大方便停車，整個酒店非常大，前台林小玲小姐姐很貼心，辦完入住看到我們有小朋友，開擺渡車把我們送到房間。
房間乾淨整潔，很舒服，提前開了暖氣，有個小小問題，床上衹有兩個枕頭，不方便坐靠。
另外酒店是寵物友好的很棒，不過在小童遊樂室裏最好還是不要有寵物。

為了趕一趟非遺的打鐵花和煙火大會，選擇入住枕松酒店，可惜景點活動取消。
環境：酒店坐落在田野之間，周邊幾乎沒有城市化的餐飲玩樂場所，均為農家樂，酒店周圍也有幾處原住人家，我們入住的房型景觀不錯，外面是一片草坪，想來春秋來的話，一定更美。
服務：服務人員較少，因為酒店分佈較大，路上遇見會點頭，但小童樂園是沒有服務人員的，裏面的玩具也比較亂。
景點活動取消，酒店在辦理入住的時候也沒有告知，另外期待酒店的降雪和篝火，我們也沒看到，總體來説有點失望，希望酒店能改善。後續如果有機會，還是願意來這過慢生活，感受賞花垂釣的樂趣。

這次專門為了村宴去的，非常有年味！房間就不用多説啦，一如既往的好，面積大，設施齊全，服務也很到位，管家隨時可以溝通。這次親子房還送了一頓正餐，本來以為量不會太多，還怕不夠，結果吃不完呢！口味也很好。

設施：外部設施高大上，但是房間內細節欠缺，水吧衹有飲料品種單一，沒有洗手液，沒有臟衣袋，沒有擦鞋布，大大的浴缸沒有一次性泡澡袋，打電話詢問前台，送了一個到房間，但需要現金付款五元。
衞生：室內室外包括庭院清潔度較高，庭院鞦韆等沒有積塵。
環境：酒店環境優美，門口有花海和池塘，池塘邊拍到落日，超美。客房是一片新式徽派建築羣，外觀很高大上。
服務：特別想吐槽一下前台服務，首先提前加了前台微信溝通更換一道晚餐套餐菜品，被告知不可以，實際晚上到餐廳時，餐廳接待人員很爽快的給換了。此外，晚上給前台打電話點一些酒水到房間，被告知餐廳下班了，無法配送，明明幾分鐘前我們散步路過宴席廳還有幾桌客人酒席未散。又問前台索要一次性浴缸袋，被告知需要自付費購買。怎麼説呢，服務配不上這硬件和環境，更配不上這房價。

環境：整個酒店是度假村類型的，裏面很大，酒店周邊還能垂釣、露營，很適合一家子出來玩
衞生：很乾凈
服務：是寵物友好型酒店，態度很好，還會有接駁車把我們從前台送到到客房樓棟，吃早飯的時候還會提供狗籠子

酒店面積很大，徽派建築設計感十足，環境優美，房間空間大，設計合理，設施齊全優質，入住有歡迎水果，並贈有四瓶純凈水。酒店人員服務意識很好，態度親切，正餐套餐菜量很足，菜品口味不錯，美中不足的是，我們入住當天，餐廳沒有備足包括我們在內的多組客人預訂的飄香蟹，引起部分食客不滿，但酒店人員處理積極，態度誠懇，我們在第二天終於品嚐到了飄香蟹，味道鮮美可口，品質優良，我們還又訂購了幾衹打包回去。我們退房時，酒店還贈送了我們一盒陽光玫瑰水果，總體入住體驗很好。
