During the incident, the hotel staff from top to bottom showed an unprofessional and irresponsible attitude. The experience was very bad.

The hotel has just been renovated. The guest room facilities are very new, the design is simple and reasonable, the cleaning is timely, the bedding is comfortable, the stay is very comfortable, and the breakfast is rich. I made multiple reservations and stayed for 6 consecutive days. My trial stay was good at first and I continued to make reservations. The service is also very good, and everything is answered. The robot is busy delivering things! The best thing is that the room is equipped with an ice bar, which can store and preserve some fruits and leftover food.
