Ibis Hotel (Nanjing Gaochun Old Street Branch)

I originally booked a king-size bed room, but after arriving at the hotel, the front desk informed me that the room was small and there were no tables, chairs, or sofas (although it is understandable, it is really inconvenient from the perspective of the guests, especially when two people check in, where to put things 😓). I had the right to a free upgrade on my order, but was told that Ctrip, a third party, did not have this right 😂 After on-site communication, the lady and brother at the front desk solved it satisfactorily, upgraded the room to a superior king-size bed room for free, and also gave me breakfast. The cup in the fourth picture was given by the brother, which is cute and delicate like Ibis. Although there were episodes, the check-in experience was good, the bed and hot water were as comfortable as ever, the night light was not so bright, warm and convenient. It is a bit far from the old street, about a 10-minute walk, and there are many old restaurants nearby, which is worth recommending

The room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The breakfast is rich and delicious, parking is convenient, the sanitation and cleaning auntie is attentive, and the front desk clerk has a good attitude. After we checked out, we found that the gold necklace was lost in the room. We called the front desk clerk and they were very cooperative. They immediately notified the cleaning auntie to help find it. After finding it, they immediately called us to notify us. They did a good job of returning the lost property to its original owner. We are very pleased with their high-quality services in all aspects of the hotel. We will definitely visit again next time.

Very clean, refreshing and comfortable, the waiter is very friendly and the location is excellent.

Overall it's good, close to the old street, quite convenient, parking is also convenient, the front desk staff is quite enthusiastic and worthy of praise, but the only shortcoming is that there are mosquitoes in the room, hygiene needs to be paid more attention, overall it's good, I will come again next time.
