Mercure Nanjing Hongshan Zoo

The facilities are complete and advanced, and there is Xiaodu in the room. The breakfast is diverse and tastes good. It is quite comfortable to live here. I will definitely stay at Mercure again when I come to Nanjing next time.

The family room I booked for 1500 for two nights was actually a king-size bed room with a single bed next to it. The single bed was the kind that could be moved around on wheels, and it wasn't particularly stable. The room wasn't very big either. The hotel breakfast was pretty good, with a wide variety of fresh items. The restaurant staff was also very patient and enthusiastic, and they would even take the initiative to send Wangzai milk to the children. One thing that wasn't very comfortable was that the welcome fruit wasn't placed in the room in advance. When I checked in, the front desk gave me the fruit and children's supplies to take with me. The children didn't have shampoo and shower gel, only toothbrushes and slippers. Because the child was relatively young, I asked the front desk for a bed guard, and they told me that there were only 3 bed guards in the entire hotel, and they were all used up. They could provide a baby bed, and then the baby bed that was moved in was a very low cloth one, not wooden, and it wasn't very clean either. There was only a layer of cloth at the bottom, and the quilt they added wasn't for children, but for adults. Wouldn't a child sleeping in such a small bed with such a large quilt be pressed down? The final solution was to use a baby bed to block the big bed. Personally, I feel that apart from the good location, close to the subway and the zoo, the price-performance ratio is very average, and the hygiene is also average. When I checked in, I saw a dried fruit core on the countertop near the mini bar. On the first day, I went out to play during the day and came back around 4 pm. I found that the house had not been cleaned yet, so I called the front desk to inform them. It may also be that I pressed the Do Not Disturb button the night before and it was still on the next day. In short, the experience was very average, and the parent-child facilities were not perfect.

The room is simple and clean, the service is very good. I have always resisted hotels when traveling and prefer homestays. This time it was overturned. This Mercure is really good! The breakfast is very rich. The hotel front desk, the aunt who cleans the room, and the uncle who serves breakfast at the door are all very considerate. I will choose it next time. It is also very close to Hongshan.

The accommodation experience was great. Because we have children, the hotel gave children gift bags and provided bed-sharing and child guardrail services. The buffet was also good, parking was convenient, and it was close to the Hongshan Zoo and within walking distance. There was a subway entrance right outside the door. I highly recommend this hotel if you bring children to Nanjing.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Hongshan Zoo and only 3 subway stops from Xuanwu Lake. It is definitely the first choice for family travel. The rumor that there will be light rail noise when sleeping at night is completely untrue.

Right next to the north gate of Hongshan Zoo, after having a good breakfast at the hotel, I went to the zoo with peace of mind. During the May Day holiday, I saw a lot of furry children. Panda He He, monkeys Rui Rui, Du Du, and koala Lemon all checked in in the morning. I collapsed directly when I returned to the hotel. The hotel service was very good. Each child was given a small welcome gift bag and popcorn to eat. Small problems were solved smoothly by communicating with the front desk. The breakfast taste was also very satisfactory, especially the dates in the millet porridge were de-pitted. I will come again next time

I really like the light floral scent at the entrance of the hotel. I kept confirming the check-in time before checking in. The service was very good. When I opened the window in the morning, I could see the mountain. It was also very close to the subway station. The subway made a little noise but it didn't affect my sleep at all! I went to Hongshan Zoo and chose Mercure Hotel. It was very convenient to get there just after turning the corner from the subway. It was perfect to walk directly to Hongshan.
