The hotels are located near the style department zone and close to exit no.2 of Guangzicun station. I stayed there on the last day of the year, December 31st, 2023, and the hotel was fully booked. However, I did not experience any uncomfortable events. The breakfast was excellent, with a proper international buffet compared to other Chinese hotels. Overall, I would return and stay on a higher floor for a good view.

The location is great, inside a mall and within walking distance to the Fuzimiao pedestrian street. The breakfast buffet is rich and good. The rooms however, are nothing special, on the cheap side, with a bit of a bad smell. Was expecting more for that price, although you mostly pay for the location.

The check-in experience was great. When I checked in for the first time, they helped me upgrade my room type, registered me as a member, and gave me free breakfast. They also reminded me that when I registered as a member for the first time, four bottles of drinks in the mini bar were given for free. Although I don't usually drink drinks, this kind of thought and warmth made me feel very comfortable. It happened that the weather was bad these few days, with rain and snow in Nanjing, but every time I entered the hotel lobby, I felt extra warm, especially when I met the lobby manager who smiled very kindly and patiently helped me (I didn't even ask his name), I felt it was worth staying again next time.

The location is very near just 2 mins away from railway station but worse was room size and amenities. Being a 5 star hotel you ought to believe the staff would know how to converse in english but very limited knowledge of enligh. Secondly the rooms were small and air conditioning was not working. For 2 days straight i had to call the technician to fix the issue. Since it was raining so temperature was little ok otherwise in warm condition i woukd have suffered. Overall they have much scope for improvement.

The hotel service is very good. I booked two rooms, both of which were upgraded to lake view rooms, and the check-out time was extended to 2 pm for free. It is convenient for transportation, with Metro Line 3 just outside the door. The service is thoughtful and responsive. When I asked the waiter to send two more bottles of water, they were delivered immediately. The takeaway orders were delivered directly to the door of the room by a robot, which was safe and fast. The restaurant's dishes are also very good, with a wide variety of breakfast options. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Nanjing.

The hotel is a little far from the city, which is the only drawback, but it doesn't matter if you drive yourself. There are outlets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The surrounding environment is also very good. The suite is also quite large, with complete facilities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooker. The breakfast variety is also quite rich. The duck blood vermicelli soup is delicious. The front desk service is also good. Overall, I am very satisfied!
