Top Hotels in Nanjing with Spas

Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.

The hotel was amazing, we’ve had a great time at the hotel. The food was yummy and the environment was great as well. I would like to show my thanks to Ms. 张禾欣 as she has a wonderful smile and was also very nice to my kids! We had a great stay and will prioritize staying in Shangri-La for the future. Thanks!!

As an old member of Shanghai Ritz-Carlton, check in Nanjing, the price-performance ratio of this executive room package is really conscientious. Both hardware and meals are online, the only shortcoming may be in the quality of service. It may be due to the epidemic. The waiters on the executive floor are very young. They may be young and inexperienced. They are very polite, but they feel that the service is not up to the point. As a guest, they can clearly feel that the service is not from the heart, or that the service It makes people feel less distracted. On the contrary, the service personnel in the ordinary lobby are a little more friendly and caring. Under the current market conditions, it is very important how to match the software with the hardware.

Since its opening in 2018, I have stayed at Jumeirah Hotel Nanjing many times, and it must be one of the first choices as long as I come to Nanjing. What attracts me is the service beyond expectation, and I think the service in Jumeirah Nanjing is also among the best. The most worthy of my praise is the concierge, the staff are particularly warm and polite, greet each other. The concierge supervisors Eden and Bella are very professional and careful, and the special details are very warm. Thanks to Alice from Housekeeping, every corner is spotless.Every time I come to stay, I am very happy, and the experience of staying is very good! We recommend you to stay!

I am very grateful to Xiao Pan at the front desk for carefully upgrading my room, which allowed me to enjoy the beautiful view of Xuanwu Lake and experience the beautiful night view of Nanjing. The hotel's service made me feel warm, meticulous, distinctive, and most importantly, comfortable.

Loved the stay. A small complaint would be that the check-in was delayed by nearly a hour (room was available only at around 2.55pm). This was even after a specific request for possible early check in was made about 4 days before - to which the front desk responded that they may be able to arrange it if available. As a result we were left to walk around the lobby from around 12.45pm, since walking outside was not an option in the nearly 40 degree Nanjing summer weather. I wouldn't have minded if the room was simply not available till 2pm, but having to wait further almost an hour despite coming in early; left a bad first impression. Apart from this everything else went smoothly. Service was good, the breakfast buffet was great, and the room was spectacular with a great view of the Nanjing Eye. Satisfied and would recommend to a friend. Would appreciate if the staff would follow up on a special request as such and inform earlier that the room wouldn't be ready on time.

It’s a 3.5 star hotel…. room is great: clean, view (if you upgrade), balcony, huge bathroom, good bed, furnitures well-maintained. When it comes to culinary, it’s a big disasters: room service menu… no breakfast options, no drink options (except 2 local wines, not even soft drinks or water), no restaurants are having any normal drinks and very tiny food selection. Executive Club no need to pay for… even a airport lounge is doing much better. WaiMai only way to eat at such beautiful venue. It’s really a shame. Hopefully Hilton is reviewing this property and get it back on track. Really beautiful venue. Staff also very nice, just efforts from the General Manager is missing. Will not come back but would recommend for the rooms and view.

We were trying out the Fairmont brand for the first time, as it is out of our price range in Shanghai, and it was really an awesome experience. We were met kindly at the reception on the ground floor and not only led up to the reception, but all the way up to check in at the Executive Lounge, and then to our room by the same friendly member of staff. I have forgotten his name after a month, but luckily mentioned it to the manager at the time. We were upgraded from a regular exec room to a two bathroom suite with large lounge area, great bedroom with huge tv, separate dressing area and cupboards, heated floor and lovely bath area in the main bathroom, excellent standard of fixtures, and just a truly luxurious feel. I felt a little like an influencer trying out the best in the city, and had to take a video and send to friends just to show them. Did I mention that all of this was looking out on a great view of the Chang Jiang from the 60th floor, and that the TV had a named and personal greeting for us when we turned it on. It was a truly great New Year experience. We are not much with using facilities, but we did have breakfast for a few days, and the choice is vast. As a brit, I was thrilled to find that they had one of my local sauces that I love to have with breakfast, but is not even available to buy in China in most places (HP). There were stations set up all around the restaurant in a square that goes all around the building, with a great view, and although the stations were a little too far apart for a breakfast collection stroll, the staff offered to bring things to us, looked after us, and were super courteous. The Executive lounge was also an excellent place to stay for dinner. Henry and Flora in the lounge made every interaction really pleasant, and their professionalism shone through. The lounge ladies did their best to speak some English, and looked after us really well, and the quality of alcohol and food was excellent. The lounge was virtually empty most of the time, but the spread was still extensive, and it really all added up to a top class experience. Little did the lounge and hotel staff know but we have stayed in a great deal of Exec lounge rooms now in the last few years of being stuck in China, and this one came out near the top, and definitely beat the high end Marriott hotels that we have been spending a lot of time in. Even the Hotel manager came to speak to us personally and check on our stay. The Fairmont was true quality service, which is surprisingly rare to get in China, and they should be on everyone's shortlist who wants a touch of class in Nanjing.
