Family-friendly Hotels in Nanjing

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality. The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels. On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Jinling Hotel Nanjing 新街口. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Jinling Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. We were given an upgrade to the executive room and breakfast was served on the 56th floor and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially to Mr. 邢阳, thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Due to unforeseen circumstances , I ended up staying at The Golden Eagle Summit hotel. Check-in was smooth. The location is perfect! The hotel’s entrance was at the back, while the front part is a mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the metro station is right there which was so convenient! The room decor is a bit old fashioned, but nevertheless very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok, but needs more variety. The service is great! Great place to stay in the downtown area!

Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, business-like ambience, state of the art service. Location is ok. It's right next to the Pioneer Library, a very famous art library and is also within 30 minutes or so to other cool places like a water park, the Nanjing City Wall, Nanjing Eye (a bridge). Not many restaurant options nearby but the hotel foods is pretty good. There's a Japanese restaurant nearby and an Italian one called La Mia Casa is worth a visit. Very good hotel overall. No complaints except for costly dinner (148 RMB per person per buffet meal).

It is wonderful hotel with friendly receptionist and nice deco room. The breakfast and executive lounge foods very delicious. The location is in the centrum and near metro station. The room is quite big and with beautiful view. The indoor swim pool is big and clean. Everything's I met is good memory for me. I am sure I will come back when I visit Nanjing again.

Stayed here 4 times in 2024. Everything is good. Front desk staff need to improve. We were urgent to check in the rooms and they were chatting while processing. During this stay there were some minor renovations on our floor outside our rooms. To be fair the hotel should close off the floor. Otherwise all is very good.

Seamless check in and check out. Very efficient and polite ground staff. The hotel provides a very peaceful and comfortable environment. The room is comfortable and I enjoyed sipping a cup of hot tea while admiring the amazing view with the ventilation window opened to enjoy the cold air. Toilet is fitted with Grohe accessories and the rain shower is so comfortable.

Great view from the room (28th F). Very satisfied with the stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. An only complaint would be the dinner menu a la carte which was disappointing.

Staying at the Shangri-La Nanjing Hotel was a luxurious experience. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to key attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch and well-maintained.The service was impeccable, with staff who were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Dining at the hotel was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.Overall, the Shangri-La Nanjing Hotel offers an outstanding experience with its luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and prime location.

Service: The overall service is almost responsive. In the evening, the air conditioner was not working, so the staff sent four heaters. The shuttle bus waited for about three to five minutes in the morning, and there was a call to urge during the process. The hotel also needs to collect a deposit of 2,000? Now Ctrip rarely collects deposits. Facilities: It is not at the level of Marriott at all. The facilities of the 3,500 villa are not as good as those of the express hotel. The Buddha's Hand Villa we stayed in, the bathroom in Figure 6 is ridiculously small! The shower room can only stand one person at most. All the furniture in the room has been used for at least ten years, and it is not even as good as the facilities of 🍊 All Seasons, which is ridiculous... Hygiene: The vents in the closet are full of dust, and there are holes on the stools in the room. Safety: The most important thing is that the door in Figure 10 leads to the basement! The basement is like a maze and I don’t know if it will lead to the outside! ! As we all know, this is an open park. How is the safety of the guests guaranteed! ! In addition, all four rooms have doors leading to the terrace, which can be locked from the inside, but the terraces on the outside are separated by four beads, which can be opened by someone with intentions, which makes people feel insecure. . . The overall park environment is built on the mountain, and the air is very good. The environment is unique, but the facilities are really not good...People who have requirements for room facilities can take a detour.
