Especially the staff who I met at the front named Valentina, she was so nice and super kind. She made my family feel very happy and help a lot. Room is clean and comfortable. The views from the room was fantastic! Just next to the hotel, there is a big department store, you can go shopping and have fun. Also so many fine restaurant out there, you can enjoy a lot. Not the best experience… the day we were set to leave, there was no hot water available on our floor. We had to call front desk about 6 times before they let us shower in a different room. No apologies we’re given, and staff seemed nonchalant about the inconvenience. I understand that some issues may come up, but it would’ve been nice if some urgency was given toward those who were inconvenienced on the floor (or even a notice to let us know the hot water isn’t working).
