Hotels in Shuyang Area, Nanjing

Choosing the right hotel for this trip was amazing! This place is absolutely the king of value for money – before even deciding which scenic spots to visit, I called the hotel to inquire. They said there was no need to buy tickets in advance, and they even tailored a super suitable route based on our group and travel preferences, which was a huge plus! With so many Tulou (Hakka earthen buildings) around, having local-like guidance saved us a lot of trouble. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs; the Guanyin vegetables they grew themselves and their pickled bamboo shoots were delicious and went perfectly with rice – I couldn't help but eat more than I intended!

Recommended, go to the New Year. The homestay arranged a lot of activities, and the famous boss was very enthusiastic. Take the children. Dragon dance, fireworks, and make cockroaches. There is also a bonfire party, and the children are very happy. Living in a Tulou is a completely different experience, worth a try! And the hygiene is better than expected. Disadvantages: no air conditioning, poor sound insulation, hard bed.

I was very satisfied with the room, which was very big, clean and new. The boss and his wife were very nice. It was already past 11:00 at night when we arrived, but they still got up to cook for us. It was really great. I will definitely stay at their house next time I come to Tulou. Downstairs is their own restaurant, where the food is delicious and the price is very good. 

Very clean and spacious apartment with modern and comfortable furniture. Relatively close to the tourist centre and on the way to the scenic spot. Very friendly people and especially very helpful and hospitable.

The store’s service attitude is very good and welcoming. The room is very new and clean. There is a washing machine on the rooftop to wash clothes and dry clothes. You can pick up and drop off at the store to and from Yunshuiyao. I am very satisfied.

The location is near Shuyang Town, not far from Tianluokeng Tulou, there is its own restaurant downstairs, which is more expensive. Undertaking a little reception service of a travel agency, it is estimated that it will be chaotic during the peak season.

A very distinctive hotel, like a Tulou, but unfortunately the facilities are a bit old and there is no breakfast.

The triple room is very good, there is a tea table, the room is very good overall, the location is central! You can also eat downstairs!
