民居在雲水謠景區內，距離懷遠樓非常近。可以從南靖高鐵站拼車過來。乾淨衞生，很方便。吃、住、玩、行，方便，適合慢節奏閑遊。

－开始是打算订其他民宿，但看到大部份住客对一方居老板的高度评价后，就果斷選擇了一方居。
可能是淡季，入住時老闆還幫我們房間升級，房間乾淨，就是廁所的燈暗了一點。老闆很親切，耐心回答我們的問題，還免費接送我們到轉乘田螺坑的公交車站。
老闆介紹的餐館價格便宜，味道也不錯。毎個人的要求都不一樣，但我們對一方居是滿意的也很慶幸這次的旅程選擇了一方居。

在雲水謠靠近懷遠樓部分，我覺得性價比非常高，民宿環境還行，晚上比較安靜，民宿老闆真的是太好了，晚上沒有公交了，主動到田螺坑接我，知道我沒吃晚飯，帶我到鎮上買好吃的鴨仔飯，第二天景區封控沒有公交車，還開車載我出景區，而且因為是老闆載我進去的，沒有要門票，感謝老闆！

非常滿意！很耐思！
這是出門旅行那麼多次最讓我感動的一家民宿。
房間住得很舒服！乾淨衞生！視野也不錯！樓下還可以喝茶！關鍵是老闆人真的非常好非常好！
福建當地人一直給我一種很親切很温暖的感覺，每次來福建都不覺得陌生！這也是我為什麼會一直來福建的原因。雲水謠下次還來，來還會住這家。

雲水謠這邊的房間普遍空間有限，但這家房間還不差，有窗户而且窗外景色很好。民宿一樓前廳裝修很愜意，寶寶很喜歡去撈魚。最值得誇讚的是老闆，非常熱心周到，幫忙提行李上樓；熱情好客，到了新茶就邀我們一起品嚐。因為遇上旅遊高峯，車子堵在景點門口，我打電話求助老闆，幾分鐘後老闆就帶着朋友寄車過來接我們進去。一家老小都老闆和他的朋友，連寶寶都捨不得老闆，説喜歡這個叔叔。
