Wanjia Oriental Hotel

The room was not bad. The earth building is in good shape. But the breakfast is very average and the taste is not good. The restaurant environment is not very good compared to other hotels. The security guys are nice. A nice front desk. Another morning shift has a bad attitude.

The hotel is in the shape of a tulou, and breakfast is included. It is not easy to have a decent hotel in a place full of homestays. However, the hotel facilities are old, the service staff is small, and the service is not up to par and needs improvement. It is very close to Yunshui Yao.

I'm really disappointed. There is no heating in the winter and I can only rely on a small heater. The location is good, but I can't believe there is only one socket in the whole room. The decoration is a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable.

Good environment, clean and sanitary, reasonable price

Wanjia Oriental Tulou Hotel has a good location, facing the gas station, and next to it is the Nanjing Tulou Customer Service Center. The hotel adopts the imitation Tulou shape, which is grand and novel. When I checked in at the hotel front desk last night, I specifically told the front desk customer service staff that I wanted a quiet room. I didn't expect that when I entered the room, I saw that it was facing the road and the gas station, so I had to go downstairs and change a room. The room I booked on Ctrip does not include breakfast. I wanted to order breakfast. The customer service staff said it was 30 yuan per person, while Ctrip showed that the breakfast for each guest was 15 yuan. I negotiated with the front desk, and the front desk said that our standard was 30 yuan per person. There was no way, so I called Ctrip customer service. Under the coordination of Ctrip customer service, it was finally 15 yuan per person. Here, I would like to thank Ctrip customer service. The hotel is not equipped with disposable slippers. Later, I saw that they were delivered to other rooms, so I also asked for two pairs. The shampoo and shower gel were used. There was less than half a bottle of shampoo, and there was still water in it. Fortunately, I brought my own shampoo. The service of Wanjia Oriental Hotel is in urgent need of improvement.
