村屋精修改建的房間，房間前的農家小院有點破落殘舊，房間對着的河景有挖掘機在挖河床。本來就是想體驗古村幽靜的環境，開頭連訂了2晚，但下訂後30分鐘就不能退！！！到達後發現雲水謠景區沒什麼遊覽價值，基本2小時逛完，就不想多住，退第二晚，衹能和房東協商一輪後才同意打折折算為他們家的午餐費。 需要購買雲水謠景區門票90我元/人才能入住！！！從南靖高鐵站前往被私車宰了60元/人到達。住的當晚下大雨了，村裡燈光夜景也很一般。整個景區商業化-各種餐飲遊樂消費價高質量次，完全沒客家古村淳樸的氛圍。 總言之如果想看 土樓圍屋，從廈門跟團一日遊即可，根本沒必要在此停宿。
