酒店位於雲水謠古鎮中心，生活比較方便，兩座世遺土樓懷遠樓和和貴樓可沿船場溪徒步去，風景優美。在和貴樓有6路公交，可去南靖縣城，也可到接待中心換乘到田螺坑土樓羣的觀光車。古鎮進出不易，但老闆一家都很熱情，到了附近打個電話就會去接你，幫提行李上下樓，也會盡量滿足提出的各種要求。對於古鎮民宿設施不可求全責備，夠用就好，全國古鎮都一樣，比不得大城市的。

賓館位於雲水謠核心景區，出行方便，房間乾淨衞生。老闆夫妻都非常熱情，晚上到得晚，老闆一直等我們，幫我們拿行李上樓，安頓好後，又領着我們去景區看夜景，指引路線，非常贊！

房間乾淨衞生還非常敞亮，老闆非常貼心，我們到雲水謠車站，還親自騎車帶着人過去接到賓館，第二天還幫忙找車整點送到南靖高鐵站，最感動的是帽子忘出租車上了，老闆又聯繫出租車拿到帽子後主動給快遞過來了。非常開心快樂的一次旅行。
