Serene and beautiful surroundings in a quiet area. Rooms are spacious. There’s a small playroom, tea room, courtyard, and dining area. Breakfast is plentiful. Dinner is healthy, tasty and cheap! They also provided a cot for my 2.5 year old. They also had bed railings available for my friends kid.

I would like to thank all staffs for making our 2 nights stay so comfortable and amazing. They are all very helpful and their services are really wonderful. The place is very neat and clean.
I brought my 16 months old girl to the retreat. They have specifically prepared her dinner based on my requirement and I must say that their food are really very delicious.
Highly recommend for this retreat! Will definitely come back to this place again when I am here again.

Very good experience overall the environment is just like a fairytale. Service is good and rooms are cozy. Loved the projection of Mulan movie in the outdoor yard in the evening

- Staff were impeccably accommodating
- Room was very comfortable
- Food was good, though nothing outstanding
- Location was pleasant, though a little awkward to get to and no vistas
- Cultural experiences as advertised were minimal
- Not much in the way of English language assistance, which isn't a complaint but foreigners should be aware
- Overall I was very impressed and felt like I got my moneys worth

One of the prettier hotels i have ever stayed at. Located in a traditional hakka building, with great eye for detail. Service is good, but maintenance of building deserves attention. Fresh fruits and nice food offered on location. Everyone raving about activities but they weren’t offered when we were there.

the hotel is really amazing. they preserve the original architecture. the location is great and the room is very well designed. Food also great. they really took care of me every minute. I highly recommend this hotel I would stay again and again there. Is the best place for a relaxing weekend
