在攜程已定酒店，但是賣家致電讓取消，説超賣了。平台反饋賣家要補償同地段差價，隨即賣家就反饋平台説搞錯了、沒有超賣、有房間。但事實上，隨便找了一家附近民宿替換，還聲稱這家民宿離裕昌樓更近（實際更遠）。問題在於，另找的民宿是一家很久未營業、不打算營業、不得不營業、臨時拉出來頂替的民宿，甚至不具備開業條件，但是天色已暗另找也有難度，我們衹好先接受入駐，雖然新老闆人很好也很熱情服務到位，但是民宿條件絕對不值原先預訂的平台價，牀板沒有褥子衹有一張床單，沒有空調，公用衞生間。在晚上收拾洗漱期間，又有三四位結伴而來，聽對話也是平台定的被原老闆安排過來，讓客人自己看要不要住。由此我大膽猜測，原老闆是否在景區現場以高於平台的價格接待了別的客人，然後對平台訂單進行了毀約，畢竟全國人民這幾天都在出遊，現場房間肯定好推銷的。這種毀約的行為，客人往往沒有辦法，賣家向平台先解釋説有房間，待客人真的到達又告知沒有，隨便拉到一處，愛住不住、不得不住，並且絕對不值原先預訂價格。希望平台嚴查嚴管，此風不可長，平台信譽也隨他們毀於一旦。

早上預訂，下午堵了不知道多久的車終於快到土樓了，發訊息來説沒有房間了，是她“不小心”點錯了，叫我自己取消。後來找攜程協商又説有房間了，入住之後説給錯房間又帶到一家看起來很久沒有營業的，公共衞生間，床墊質量極其差勁，看起來像倉庫一樣的房間，交流期間老闆語氣態度極其不耐煩，春節期間遊客多實屬可以橫着走，實屬可以消遣遊客
