酒店給我的體驗非常好，客房充滿温馨，床很舒適，浴室也非常乾淨。前台的服務態度很好，耐心熱情。酒店餐飲服務也很棒，早餐種類很多，菜式味道不錯，服務員能及時的提供服務。

前台小妹很熱情，房間衞生很乾凈，還有新奇小禮品，很哇噻！早點很有特色，中餐還有山珍喲！

房間大氣，整潔舒適，客房，餐廳，前台服務細心體貼，熱情，外圍環境幽美。

除了入住當晚吃的羊肉味道還可以，其他一無是處。 牆紙起皮脱落黴變，不知道用的什麼來掩蓋氣味，一大股樟腦味，薰得腦殼痛。還有馬蜂的屍體，不知道是薰死的還是餓死的。 早餐也不行。 這是我住過最差的名人酒店。
